A tip for next time, if you don’t mind. Wonder bread (white) can be used to stuff up the pipe to absorb the water in the line prior to soldering so that you don’t need to wait for the last drippy-drops of water to form a good solder bead on a joint.
That’s great for the re-solder, but doesn’t quite work for the removal!
