OK , this is a little more difficult. As far as the Jays go I have to say the Jays we have are as big as assholes as the Stellar that you have. As for the rest of it, I think you have to consider all the options. I know you have already considered what I am about to say. If you are so very unhappy, perhaps you need to place applications elsewhere and see what develops. I know how difficult it would be if you could not be there for Annie.
